John Moore
John is the National Fisheries Program Leader for Bureau of Land Management (BLM) in Washington, DC.  Prior to serving in this position, John served as the Challenge Cost Share Program Leader and Assistant Fisheries Program Leader, all at BLM headquarters since 2010.  John also worked for the BLM as a fish biologist in Medford, OR and as a Wildlife Biologist in Eugene, OR.  In addition to his BLM experience, John served as a Senior Fish and Wildlife Biologist for Plum Creek Timber Company and a Estuarine Research Biologist for the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife.  John earned his B.S. in Fisheries Science from Oregon State University in 1996.

Dave is a National Fisheries Biologist for the Bureau of Land Management in Washington, D.C., helping to provide program administration and technical staff support on a national level for fisheries and other aquatic dependent wildlife and invertebrate species. Before coming to the BLM, Dave worked as a Fisheries Program Manager for the Forest Service in southwest Washington (2008-2013), as Habitat Restoration Coordinator for US Fish & Wildlife Service in California (2002-2008), as Research Technician at New Mexico State University and several temporary gigs with New Mexico Department of Game and Fish. Dave graduated from New Mexico State University in 2002 with an M.S. in Entomology, B.S. in Wildlife Science and B.S. in General Biology.
