Paul Ketrick - Chairman and Founder

Paul is the founder, a retired Senior Executive in DoD, assistant director for a think tank and loves to fish. Paul has been a leader in standing up three DoD Commands and has had diverse responsibilities in administration, budgeting, engineering, logistics, public/private ventures and acquisition.

Michael Boller - Secretary

Mike is a retired disabled veteran, a leader in developing new information technology processes for the Department of Defense, operational modeler, and organizational expert.

Barbara Chamberlain - Member

Barbara is a retired Corporate Executive. Her 29-year career with the DuPont Company included leadership roles in multi-million dollar businesses, sourcing; Logistics and the Internal Management Consulting Group. She has extensive experience in Change Leadership, Supply Chain Processes, and Business Process Re-engineering.

Joe Pallone - Member

Joe is a disabled veteran, experience operating a non-profit providing humanitarian aid overseas, and a leader in the Boy Scouts. He is a strong supporter of youth programs.

Carol Ketrick - Member

Carol is a contracting and acquisition expert. She has years of experience dealing with non-profit organizations and believes we should all “Be the Greater Good”.
